Recently the MakerHive held two classes covering Micro-controllers and some basic Arduino programing. Over All I think the classes went very well. We hosted 17 people in the January class and 13 in the February class for a total of 30 people learning some basics on programing and having fun with the Arduino. The classes went a bit longer than expected and I apologize to those that had to leave early.
Here are the pdf files and copies of the Sketches that we covered in the class PDF Files Arduino Files
Extract the pdf files any where on your hard drive. Unzipping the class.zip file should create a folder named Class. Copy that folder to your Arduino folder in your document folder or to the folder where you keep all of your Arduino sketches. They then should show up in your sketch folder after you open the Arduino IDE.
Finally I would like to say thanks to all of you that attended the class and special thanks to Jim Spencer and Jeff Perry for the extra help guiding others with issues, and class preparations.

These links are improperly linked. They link directly back to this post.
I noticed that with another link I made the other day, I thought it was just that link. I had to remove the html embed coding to get it to work right. I'll put a ticket in with Proboards.
