How much offall comes from that unit?  Any way to make it a bit easier to CNC?  I could see that being a really nice flat-pack!

You might need to adjust the spacing between some of the panels, but yes, it should CNC just fine as long as you have a 4'x8' CNC.
Not much waste at all.
