Hi, So I finally connect the Berd Air pump to the eswitch and the eswitch to the Duetwifi v1.03 as per the pdf file supplied
My issue is that the pump comes on as soon as I turn on the 3D printer. Is that normal? I would like it to only come on when a print command is sent and shut off when the print is done.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. It is connected to the correct fan and yes the duet has both always on and pwm fans. There problem is the eswitch. I replaced it with a mosfet and now I can control the air pump. Not sure what is wrong with the eswitch. I will try to find some free time and probe it.
The eSwitch is a MOSFET with the needed components so it can be used as a HI or LOW trigger switch. In which set up did you assemble the eSwitch? It's also possible some how the MOSFET was damaged, usually they will latch always ON.
Some things are meant to be closed. Your mind isn't one of them.

I followed the pdf supplied on the site, but it shows a different version of the Duet. I have the Duetwifi v1.03. But the Berd system works awesome so far. I do need to experiment not keeping the Berd Air at 100%
