Monoprice (I bought some and have had good luck with it. App. $27/kilo - shipping starts around $8, but is only an extra $1 or so per spool - not bad if we did a group buy or something)
Hardware eventually fails. Software eventually works.

It would be interesting to know which ones are actually making filament to sell, or just reselling it. Also if they are reselling what mfg. are they using. Personally I prefer to buy from the people actually making the filament. Resellers could tend to be more of a crap shoot as to what they are selling, changing suppliers etc. Plus they may know less tech details if only selling it. In particular if they are not even 3D printing themselves.
Personally I would not buy from them, simply due to the wrong mentality they state on their "about us" page, I quote ...
Here at Fairwagon, we're passionate about 3D Printing! We're here to keep 3D Printing Open & filament prices low. Others need to stop charging high markups to profit from open-source technology. We're doing our part, so please support us by buying our filament.

This company was a cool one that I remember from MF Detroit. They were nice to talk to and had a pretty well designed looking multi filament printers running demos.
I'm using the Black filament I got from Maker Geeks and so far not impressed. The filament is so inconsistent in it's diameter I can feel the difference just by sliding my fingers on the filament. Also the spools are wider than most others.
