Hey Guys, I need some help please, this board is from one of my main scribe engraving machines. As you can see from photos it burnt up a wire and some traces on board. I am pretty sure it was caused by a loose wire on the Gecko G202 motor driver board, drawing way to much current. This is a custom interface board that is over 10 years old, they are no longer sold but the manufacture does have a few old board on hand, the problem is they want a stupid amount to replace board. They quoted me $1,000.00 to replace board And another $500 if the motor driver is ruined... Good grief! the motor driver is a common off the shelf G202 which I can get for $144
Any chance to repair this board? Would someone be willing to help me give it a shot?
help!

Awesome! thanks guys. I will bring it Thursday. The plug will need replaced or repaired, pin spacing is .100", anybody have a plug?
is there anything I should bring or buy? The relay on board could be damaged also, it does not look burnt, but the connection on bottom of board look like they got hot enough to melt the solder. That relay switches between X axis output or cylindrical axis.
