Hello my name is Chris Matson, I am a jack of all trades, master of none, starter of projects, completer of some.
My schooling is in drafting, and biometric security.
I have work as a machinist, drafting, plastics extrusion, cabinet maker, professional mover, retail, and a sharepoint migration administrator.
My interests lay all across the spectrum.
I am into: -computers, -metal working, -wood working, -electronics, -auto repair and modification, -boats, -video games, -fish keeping, -1950's craftman tools, -and im sure there are more i just cant think of them at this time.
My projects list including the mothballed ones are: -What would have been the first fullsize all aluminum R2-d2, -A k40 laser cutter/engraver on the way to me within the next month from a friend of mine that never took the time to learn it -An Arduino based aquarium controller, With home brew led lighting pwm control, Ph Tester, temp sensor (both in tank and in room), twitter feed updater, data logger. -An Arduino based Christmas light controller. -Plans to convert a lathe to cnc -plans to build a 4x8 flat bed cnc router -Numerous RC cars and trucks

We meet every Thursday, most of the time in Elkhart. We start around 6 and usually get caught up in projects and stick around til late.
