Cool, I'm interested to know how they insulate that. I see there is an air gap inside the wall but concrete is very hard to keep warm and condensation at a minimum. Inside could be stickerd and dry walled but then your putting your cost right back up there. China has been doing something similar for a few years now.
Funny how many societies started out building stone, brick and mub houses. Now we are heading back to it in a sense.
ON a side note, Did you ever get that CNC machine up and running? I purchased one from open-builds and if you are still in need of a controller I recommend the Black box, it will run any 3 axis CNC. There is a plug in for it to use with Fusion 360.
Some things are meant to be closed. Your mind isn't one of them.

I was looking at the buildbotics controller, has a lot of handy features although pretty pricey. Haven’t convinced myself not to buy it but havent pulled the trigger yet either. I looked at the black box controllers I do think it would do the job just fine in reality. I do like the idea of chucking the pc and going stand alone though.
I got away from fusion, got good at Inkscape and now working on blender. I was thinking about picking up a Corel cad package but haven’t pulled the trigger on that yet either, educational licenses are like 169 bucks or something if I can convince the wife she “needs” it for school 😁. Too many projects in process now... and I’m going back to school full time in May. WGU has offers a bachelors degree in 6 months if you can finish it... so that’s immediate priority starting May 1st.
