10 days to go.
Instead of registering as coaches on EventBrite, I was asked to collect everyone's information and enter it manually. Please tell me whether you're going or not so that I can get us all registered!
We're trying to have our final headcount by the end of the weekend, so speak up.
I have 6 medium and 6 Large on order, 12 is there minimum They should be ready by the Nov 13th meeting so we can where them to the start-up weekend. They are $26.00 each.
I want to give the Members that are going to the start-up weekend first dibs on the shirts so anyone can buy the ones that are left over after the 16th. Just let me know what size.
There are 5M and 5L left. I will edit this as shirts are claimed.
Later I will probably get short sleeve T's as well.
Some things are meant to be closed. Your mind isn't one of them.
Sorry I didn't get any XLs, they said they run big so maybe the Large is big enough. You can take a look at them before you commit. hopefully I will have them at the meeting this week.

I will be there with 2-3 printers to help with printing things. Laser Accents will provide laser cutting services since my shop is so close. Can also do rotary engraving (routing), scribe engraving, sublimation printing, vinyl cut lettering, sandblasting, etc.
Oh, should I bring my 3D scanning stuff?
Man this should be a blast! I am looking forward to it.

Sign me up for a short sleeve I get a little too hot in long sleeves. I'm about a medium and a half I'll have to look at whether the mediums run large, or if the larges run small on the long sleeve ones to tell you what I want in a T-Shirt.
BTW, we've all been promoted at the event! Instead of just being a floating coach, the other organizers think that we should pitch ideas, join teams, and be as involved as we can. Our staff designation was mainly to get us in the door to help everyone, but the closer we've gotten to the event, the more everyone has realized that the MakerHive is pretty much THE target audience for the event. Please bring ideas to pitch, and come with the intention of getting plugged in! Just try to remain open to helping everyone. We don't want to have one team with all of the makers and have every other team be SOL
Internet connectivity has been increased at the Chamber for the weekend, so we should be gtg there.
I won't be there until later on Thursday because I'll be setting up the venue. Please bring the ShapeOko if it's ready, and maybe a shop vac too. Safety glasses?
Extension cords and power strips wouldn't be a bad idea to bring!
I am going to try to quiet down the motor for the Shapeoko with some sound foam. I'll bring: Safety glasses a 50' cord Shop Vac Shapoko My printer Power strips
I think it will be hard to be involved with a single team AND help every other team at the same time, but we can try I guess. But I thought the Idea was to encourage others to create, we are already entrepreneurs. They will just look to us to tell them what to do instead of working at it themselves.

Jim. Any idea on how many have signed up. i agree with Glenn ...it will be hard to do both guess we will play it by ear and be flexible. I don't imagine there will be a lack of things to do.

We're at 31 total tickets (including us). Subtract a couple because I think there's a half dozen or so tickets that are only for opening night to watch the pitches.
Yep, just be flexible The guys didn't want us to feel like we were stuck "on the outside", so we're welcome to participate however we want.
And don't feel like you have to haul all of your stuff in on Friday. Bring whatever you want to play with on Friday night, and play it by ear on what to bring Saturday. Teams will form and at least lay out an initial plan on Friday. Saturday is our big making day, and Sunday morning too.
