I posted a link to the MakerHive store, lets see if they drop the price even further. Also, look very close to the picture they have versus the picture I have.

The silicon spreads the heat. The copper is only useful for my induction z-probe.
I sent them an email asking them to at least provide a link to the MakerHive. Mentioning us would be the polite thing to do and shouldn't hurt them any. I hope it gets more publicity, it's a great idea.
Jim, got any more ideas that should end up in the MatterHackers store?

I've been thinking about a way to run MatterControl on a tablet for free...
I swear that their wafers were $35 earlier today... I wonder if they realized that their price was getting stomped. I also tried to set the record straight on the SeeMe forum. forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=8253
What can we do to make our webstore a little more visible? It's semi-hidden where it is now, you know?

I don't like plugging my own sales, feels like I am spamming, BUt if others here would post on other forums links, that would help a lot. Something like "Hay anyone else try one of these (link), works great for me" bla bla etc etc.

Does the MakerHive get a cut of the MakerHive store sales?
In terms of making the store more visible, we could attach it to the "cool projects by members" banner on the home page. Or put some kind of "available in the MakerHive Store" logo next to the project. I think All the social media recognition that Jim is driving is resulting in a decent MakerHive brand.
MakerHive logo coozies and keychains is an alternative strategy.
Ok, It would be good to add a banner on the store that says "Sales from the store support the MakerHive" or "Sales from the store support the Doritos habits of local Makers" or something equally heartfelt.
I'll post links to the store whenever I can. The more Doritos the better.
