WOW! this is a really good looking easy to use new program. www.123dapp.com/design particularly the downloaded version you install locally on your PC (there is a online version, but I did not like it as well.)
check it out, it is awesome for drawing 3D stuffs sit through the tutorials, it is well worth the time. www.123dapp.com/howto/design
It's neat but I don't like the fact that you can't redefine the dimensions after an object is placed. For example If I select the Cube, I can enter 10 x 10 x 10 but once placed all I can do is scale it. I can't select it and change the dimensions to 3 x 6 x 12.
But I may keep playing with it. I couldn't get the online version to do anything, no grid or anything just the menu bar.

Yes you can. When you have the object selected and you click on SCALE, you will see the drop down menu to the right of the word SCALE. The default is UNIFORM...select NON-UNIFORM and you will be able to type in your 3 dimensions at whatever you want.

I wish that was true - but it's not. That only allows you to Scale the object in the X, Y, or Z direction in different ratios. So you could leave X 1:1, scale the Y by a factor of 10 and scale the Z by .5 Uniform scales all 3 the same amount. You have to delete and re-draw.

ya, I can not find anyway to specify dimensions after you first create the object. bummer. what is even weirder is that you CAN do it in the web based version. ??
