Steps per mm was the issue. Mine are set to 80.056. (If I remember right)
I got the measurements Really close, 2.249 on the mic, the STL is 2.25", Magnet fit perfect. I might tweek it just a tad more.
Will work as is, but I would still like to get some cut out of alum.
