Well, I attempted to print Akiko (www.thingiverse.com/thing:23365), but 2.5 hrs into the print it failed (stupid popup window burned its image into the print). :/
The below prints are at a 20µm layer height using MakerJuice G+ Red, which I modified to work better at low layer heights. When complete, it would have stood 1.5" tall. Note: that's a M3 Nut in the photo:
Here it is in grayscale so you can see the definition:
I also reprinted the OSHW Ring using my modified MakerJuice G+ Red. This is at 50µm layer height. LEFT: Unmodified. RIGHT: Modified. Note the significant improvement in the letter definition around the top of the ring and the inlay graphics:
This time Akiko printed successfully @ a 20µm layer height (www.thingiverse.com/make:83793). She stands 1.5" tall and took 3.5 hrs to print at this resolution. NOTE: That is a M3 nut at bottom-right.

WOW, nice looking print! and cheap to. What IS the layer height? you mentioned 20um or something like that... how does that stack up (pun intended) to what we a used to printing at .2 mm layers?
Are you bringing samples to the Brew tonight?

So what's your layer time?
Set up the projector to run as a second desktop. Most popups will come up on your primary display (i.e. not the projector) and it would allow you to keep working on the other screen.
Right now White UV resin is a problem-child for this printer (too high of light intensity even at 25% intensity) as it causes what looks like injection mold 'flashing'. I fixed the problem by using an additive but it discolored the resin (turned it yellow). I've got other samples on the way to evaluate it this week. A nice White and a nice Clear are two resins I'd really like to see on this printer.
