Awesome stuff, I see one of two things happening.
1. The prosthetic industry is going to boom and prosthesis will become more affordable, open source and easy for the individual to obtain.
Or
2. This stuff will get locked down soon becasue some pencil neck isn't getting what they perceive and their "fair share" of the profits.

Lets hope it's number 1
