Monochrome OLED control with Arduino?

I stumbled onto this "Monochrome 0.96"128x64 OLED Display Module SSD1306,Blue and Yellow" and it says you can control it using Arduino. Any idea how it's hooked up?

It says "i2c,3/4 wire serial+parallel interface" but you'd have to pick one (I'm not an expert at all) and know the pinout for both devices to make the correct cable...

The manual has a surprising amount of information in it. I like how it's watermarked confidential in red

That looks pretty slick - the page has lots of documentation as Jim said, plus there's some sample code. I think the trickiest bit would be getting everything connected electrically with that ribbon cable.
