1. Upgrade to .91 and now NOZ and BED temps read "def" 2. When trying to home towers, it rams the effector into the Y tower. 3. Turning on the TEMP Heat turns on my PEAK FAN (at 150%)
Seriously, why all the pin changes? WTF? And how do I fix this other than going back to .80
I'd say your firmware is incorrectly set up. I assume you followed the steps on Repiteir's site? Selecting an incorrect variable can have major effects. I'll send you a copy of mine. Sounds almost like you have it set for a cartision (x ,y, z) printer and not a Delta.
Some things are meant to be closed. Your mind isn't one of them.

After you harvest the settings you want to keep (height, radius, PID, total print time, etc), load the clear EEPROM example sketch to the Rambo before loading the new file.

Write down any settings that you want to keep first. You can find most of the useful ones with the EEPROM tool in Repetier host.
Open the example sketches in the newest Arduino IDE and under the EEPROM section, there's one called clear.
You've gotta pump up the primer handle in order to get the charge, it's large flat and gray. Then there's a round green button that says push to close... Push it!
After you load the EEPROM clear sketch, your Rambo is completely empty and you can load the new firmware as if it's the very first time.
