These things are coming along nicely, wow! He's milling the aluminum on his ShapeOko and cleaning them up with a Harbor Freight tumbler before anodizing them.

I got an email earlier that the other mounts should be in the mail as well as a few color samples of other anodizing dyes. We'll have everything on Thursday.
Didn't mount 'er yet. Hopefully that's tonight's project.

Hmm I must have mistyped that email.. I was able to get some color samples out for you guys but I only got home late Tuesday then flew right back out Thursday early AM. So I have not had a chance to remill the other two mounts yet as each takes 20+ hours and I was only home about 32 hours total. I used that time to get the color samples anodized and sent out for you guys. I am super sorry if I misspoke in the email. That is what I get for trying to write anything coherent on a travel day. I will be home on the 16th and should have the mill up and going that night. I ordered in new stock and spoke with the supplier about the warping issues I had with the last order. That should be corrected now and I will have stock waiting when I get home. I hope to have the new mill ordered shortly. It should be up and running within a few weeks time and should reduce the cycle times drastically which will allow me to have both mills running (shapeoko on 1/8 and under 6061 and the larger stuff on the 2HP larger mill). If the darn day job would stop getting in the way I could catch up faster!
I wanted to take a second and thank you guys for working with me and being understanding about my crazy work schedule. It has been great to bounce ideas off everyone and I am flattered to be working with you guys. I hope I can stop by some time this year when I am close by for work and pop in on a Thursday and say HI to everyone!
